Timely Cancellations: If a cancellation is made at least 24 hours in advance, the deposit will be refunded minus any processing costs incurred.
Rescheduling Requests: Clients wishing to reschedule their appointment must also provide at least 24 hours' notice. Rescheduling requests made within this timeframe will not incur any additional fees.
No-Show Policy: Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice will be treated as a late cancellation, and the deposit will be retained in full.
Emergency Situations: We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances can arise. In such cases, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss your situation. Exceptions to the cancellation policy may be made at our discretion.
